Captains oversee and manage all aspects of food and beverage service at their events, including all banquet staff, safety and work practices, policies and in conjunction with our sales, operations and culinary teams. 

Captains are able to work full-time hours during flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays or can work a flexible schedule around school, sports or daily life. Captains serve as leaders within a collaborative team environment and primarily report to the Owner, Vice President, Banquet Managers, and Operations & Sales Team.
