Kahn's Catering is offering jobs for immediate opportunities in events for Full-Time & Part-Time Captains on our team.

The desired candidates will have a minimum of 1-2 years of banquet or catering experience in fine-dining. Experience in running many events of 200 guests or more is preferred. Qualified candidates would be described as a leader with commitment to achieving the highest levels of quality and service by leading and assisting a team of service staff.

The selected candidates will start as a Server or Captain-in-Training to learn our systems and operations. The selected candidate will most likely also be scheduled as a Server when Captain shifts are not available so as to keep the leader busy and engaged.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Point of contact to the event client for all operations related matters
Successfully lead and assist a team of service staff in delivering successful events
Maintaining compliance with all policies
Managing & assisting in successful set-up and tear down of all events
Product Inventory, Event Reports, and upstream communication with management
Cash Handling
Driving company trucks/vehicles to and from events
License and driving background required
Flexibility to work at any venue or location as determined by management
All other duties as assigned by management
