SERVERS & BARTENDERS

Our serving team is one of our largest teams that contribute to our promise of Great Food & Great Service. We get to be part of important life events such as weddings, fundraisers, corporate galas, museum openings, and exciting large-scale national events. 

REQUIREMENTS

RATE

$15 per hour

WITHOUT a liquor license

$17 per hour 

WITH a liquor license 

​

$19 per hour 

After 12 shifts WITH a liquor license 

Not eligible for a pay increase without a license. 

​

Additional $4 per hour on Surge Dates

  • Must be at least 16 years of age. 

  • An Indiana liquor license is strongly preferred.

  • Experience in a fine dining restaurant or previous caterer serving experience preferred. However, no experience is necessary

  • Experience in a fast-paced bar setting is preferred. 

  • Saturday availability is required. 

Servers/bartenders are responsible for adding the finishing touches, setting up buffets, food stations and bars, serving and clearing food & drink, and are responsible for completing the final event teardown. 

​

Setup & teardown tasks include: tables & chairs, setting table top, loading & unloading trucks. 

​

Shifts average 8-12 hours, but go by quickly in this fast-paced environment.

CAFE ATTENDANTS 

The cafe team expertly runs some of the most popular museum cafes in Indianapolis! Each with its own unique style and menu, our cafes provide the same promise of Great Food & Great Service as our catering team. This team is composed of cafe cashiers, runners/bussers, dishwashers, prep cooks, and FOH/BOH supervisors.

Cafe Culinary Prep Cook

  • Must be at least 16 years of age. 

  • An Indiana liquor license is required for cashiers.

  • Experience in a fast-paced casual restaurant preferred. 

  • Barista experience can easily be trained. 

  • Weekend availability is required.  

  • Cash handling, cashiering

  • Running trays of food

  • Expo, build food orders

  • Bussing dirty dishware

  • Operating dish line

SETUP & LOGISTICS 

The setup & logistics team is responsible for bringing every event to life. From pulling inventory, polishing silver, and setting up tables & chairs, to loading trucks and helping maintain our home base of operation, this team ensures we have everything needed for each event is in the right place at the right time.

  • Must be at least 19 years of age. 

  • Monday to Saturday availability is required.

  • Previous experience in catered event setup preferred. 

  • Logistics experience preferred. 

  • Experience driving company vehicles preferred. 

  • Clean and eligible driver's license is required. 

  • Polishing tabletop dishes, glasses & silverware

  • Loading & unloading trucks

  • Building maintenance & cleaning

  • Setting & folding linens

  • Setting table tops

  • Delivering equipment to venues

CULINARY

Our culinary team is made of two distinct departments: cafe culinary and catering culinary. Each of these roles is dedicated to a consistent, quality food experience in each and every meal produced. Alongside our Executive Chefs, our culinary team is proud to serve fantastic cafe selections and trendsetting catering cuisine our company has to offer.

  • Prep ingredients for daily menus
