Pay

$15 per hour WITHOUT a liquor license

Not eligible for pay increase without liquor license

We reimburse you for your first liquor license (you must complete 5 shifts to be eligible for reimbursement)

Duties
-
Unloading trucks, and setting event including tables and chairs
-
Setting linens, dinnerware, silverware and glassware
-
Setting up buffets, food stations and bars
-
Serving and clearing food and drink
-
Clean-up including dishes, sweeping, mopping
-
Tearing down event including tables and chairs and loading truck
-
Proven team members can bartend
Requirements | Grooming and Uniform
-
Ability to pass physical test/physical requirements and to continuously stand, bend, reach, twist and lift repeatedly up to 50 lbs
-
Must be 19 years of age or older to apply for liquor license
-
Shifts average 8-12 hours

Indiana liquor license preferred, but not required at the time of hire

Must pass a background check to work in our venues. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing the required background check.

Events take place throughout Indianapolis and the surrounding communities. Mass transit is not always an option for transportation in some areas

No visible tattoos, natural makeup tone, minimal jewelry, skin-colored or clear nose stud permitted

Hair must be natural color

Black non-slip shoes, black socks, black straight leg, and black crew neck t-shirt
